Bio-X Diagnostics and BioChek are pleased to announce that they have entered into a strategic partnership combining the strengths of both companies active in Animal Health Diagnostics.

BioChek, specializing in diagnostics for Poultry and Swine, and Bio-X, emphasizing diagnostics for Swine and Ruminants, have entered a strategic partnership to combine the strengths of both companies active in Animal Health diagnostics.
In addition to the complementing product lines, there are solid strategic advantages, such as geographical synergies and the combined strength of each other’s R&D departments.
To solidify this partnership, BioChek is in the process of acquiring a minority share of Bio-X.
